This Determination is the Personal Property Securities (Reports) Determination 2011.
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Interpretation
In this Determination: Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.
4 Matters that may be the subject of reports
For subsection 176 (3) of the Act, the table sets out matters that may be the subject of reports under section 176 of the Act, on application by a person. Item Matter 1 The registration of a security interest if the grantor is not an individual 2 Any other matter relating to registered data in relation to the person 3 Registrations that are due to expire in a particular period 4 Registrations conducted in a particular period 5 Searches conducted in a particular period 6 Transactions that incur a fee and are conducted on the Register in a particular period
