Higher Education Support Act 2003
VET Provider Approval No 2 of 2012
Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and Notice of Approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
I, Vanessa Graham, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA): (a) approve the application of Nicolie ONeill Kinesiology Pty Ltd (ACN: 116 866 409 ABN: 47 116 866 409) as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A to HESA; and (b) note that this approval decides the application of Nicolie ONeill Kinesiology Pty Ltd as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to HESA; and (c) hereby give Nicolie ONeill Kinesiology Pty Ltd written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to HESA.
In accordance with paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 1A to HESA this Notice of Approval commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
