Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Section 269A
Instrument Adopting Recovery Plans
I, DEBRA JAYNE CALLISTER‑CARTER, Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Branch, delegate for the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities:
(a) pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby revoke the following recovery plan currently in force under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999:
- Milne, T., Hutchinson, M. and Clarke, .S. (2000). Recovery Plan for the Pygmy Bluetongue Lizard Tiliqua adelaidensis, Environment Australia, Canberra.
(b) under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as recovery plans for the listed threatened species and ecological communities specified below, the respective plans made by New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, and Western Australia (or agencies of those States) specified opposite those listed threatened species and ecological communities:
New South Wales Recovery Plans (2) Listed Threatened Species/Ecological Community Recovery Plan Prasophyllum affine (Jervis Bay leek-orchid, Culburra leek-orchid, Kinghorn Point leek-orchid) NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (2011).
