1 Name of Determination

This Determination is the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (Electric Water Heaters) Determination 2012.

2 Commencement

This Determination comes into force on the day after it is registered.

3 Definitions

In this Determination: Act means the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012. AS 1056-1991 means Australian Standard 1056-1991 Storage water heaters - Part 1: General requirements, as it existed on the date this Determination came into force.
