This Declaration is the Superannuation (Productivity Benefit) (Nominated Fund) Declaration 2012.
2 Commencement
This Declaration commences on 1 January 2013.
3 Definition
In this Declaration:
Act means the Superannuation (Productivity Benefit) Act 1988.
4 Revocation
The declaration titled 'Superannuation (Productivity Benefit) Act 1988 Declaration under subsection 4B(1)' made under subsection 4B(1) of the Act on 27 June 1990 is revoked.
5 Nominated Fund
For the purposes of the Act, AustralianSuper is declared to be the nominated fund.
