Sydney Airport Slot Management Scheme 2013

I, ANTHONY ALBANESE, Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, acting under subsection 44 (2) of the Sydney Airport Demand Management Act 1997: (a) determine that the Slot Management Scheme, which is set out in the Slot Management Scheme 1998, is amended by being repealed and replaced with the scheme set out in this determination; and (b) specify that the amendment is to come into force on 31 March 2013.
