1 Duration This instrument: (a) commences on the day of registration; and (b) ceases to have effect if Canadian Airworthiness Directive CF 2011-03R2 (the AD) is amended or cancelled.
2 Application This instrument applies to any Bombardier Inc. aeroplane registered in Australia and engaged in commercial passenger-carrying operations within Australian territory (the aircraft).
3 Approved means of compliance I approve for the aircraft, as a means of compliance with the AD other than that set out in the AD, the retention of any original chemical oxygen generator installed in any lavatory.
