Commonwealth of Australia Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Section 269A Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cth) Section 33 Instrument revoking and making a recovery plan

I, Mark Butler, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Water, pursuant to: (a) section 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cth), revoke the recovery plan for Carcharodon carcharias - White Shark, entitled "White Shark (Carcharodon carcharias) Recovery Plan 2002"; and (b) section 269A(2) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), make a recovery plan for Carcharodon carcharias – White Shark, entitled "Recovery Plan for the White Shark (Carcharodon carcharias) 2013". The revocation of the recovery plan specified in paragraph (a) will take effect the day after the plan specified in paragraph (b) is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. The recovery plan specified in paragraph (b) will come into force on the day after the plan is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
