Migration (United Nations Security Council Resolutions) Regulations 2007
SPECIFICATION OF UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTIONS (REGULATION 4 DEFINITION OF 'RESOLUTION')
I, SCOTT MORRISON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under regulation 4, definition of 'resolution', in the Migration (United Nations Security Council Resolutions) Regulations 2007 ('the Regulations'):
1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 13/091, (F2013L01686), signed on 2 September 2013; and
2. SPECIFY the following resolutions and every person named in accordance with each of those resolutions to be a UNSC-designated person for the purposes of regulation 5 of the Regulations:
* United Nations Security Council Resolution 1267 (1999) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities, adopted on 15 October 1999. * United Nations Security Council Resolution 1333 (2000) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities, adopted on 19 December 2000. * United Nations Security Council Resolution 1390 (2002) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities, adopted on 16 January 2002. * United Nations Security Council Resolution 1526 (2004) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities, adopted on 30 January 2004. * United Nations Security Council Resolution 1617 (2005) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities, adopted on 29 July 2005. * United Nations Security Council Resolution 1735 (2006) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities, adopted on 22 December 2006. * United Nations Security Council Resolution 1822 (2008) concerning Al-Qaida and the Taliban and associated individuals and entities, adopted on 30 June 2008.
