This Declaration is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility – Medibank Private Limited) Declaration 2014 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Authority
This Declaration is made under subsection 100(1) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 ('the Act').
4 Declaration
Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of Medibank Private Limited (ACN 080 890 259), I declare that Medibank Private Limited is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.
Note Medibank Private Limited is, but is about to cease to be, a Commonwealth authority.
