Section 33
Instrument revoking and making a recovery plan
I, Greg Hunt, Minister for the Environment, according to:
(a) section 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 (Cth), revoke the recovery plan for Carcharias taurus – Grey Nurse Shark, entitled "Recovery Plan for the Grey Nurse Shark (Carcharias taurus) in Australia"; and (b) section 269A(2) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), make a recovery plan for Carcharias taurus – Grey Nurse Shark, entitled "Recovery Plan for the Grey Nurse Shark (Carcharias taurus) 2014". The revocation of the recovery plan specified in paragraph (a) will take effect the day after the plan specified in paragraph (b) is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
The recovery plan specified in paragraph (b) will come into force on the day after the plan is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
