145.A.01 Name of instrument This instrument is the Part 145 Manual of Standards (MOS).

145.A.02 Commencement This instrument commences on 27 June 2011.

145.A.05 Applicability of this MOS (a) This is the MOS for Part 145 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (CASR 1998). (b) Unless otherwise defined in this MOS, words and phrases have the same meaning as in Part 145 of CASR 1998. (c) This MOS sets out the requirements to be met by an organisation approved under Part 145 of CASR 1998 to perform maintenance of aircraft and aeronautical products and provide training and assessment of employees of the organisation.
