1 Name of Designation This Designation is the Autonomous Sanctions (Sanctioned Vessels – Democratic People's Republic of Korea) Designation 2015. 2 Commencement This Designation commences on the day after it is registered. 3 Definitions In this Designation: DPRK means the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. vessel means a vessel or boat of any description and includes a hovercraft and any floating structure, but does not include an installation. 4 Designation of sanctioned vessels For regulation 8(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each vessel that is mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a sanctioned vessel for the DPRK.
