I, ANTHONY IAN FLEMING, Director, Australian Antarctic Division of the Department of the Environment, acting pursuant to section 341S of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby make the Mawson Station Heritage Management Plan, to protect and manage the Commonwealth Heritage values of the Mawson station Commonwealth Heritage place.
