I, Paul Jevtovic, APM Chief Executive Officer, Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre, make this Determination for the purpose of paragraph (a) of the definition of 'census day' in subsection 7(1) of the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre Industry Contribution Act 2011.

1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre Industry Contribution Census Day Determination 2015 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Determination
The census day for the financial year beginning on 1 July 2014 is 16 March 2015.
Persons should note that in relation to activities they undertake to comply with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre Industry Contribution Act 2011, they will have obligations under the Privacy Act 1988, including the requirement to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, even if they would otherwise be exempt from the Privacy Act 1988.
