1 Name of Declaration
This Declaration is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility—Wilson Security) Declaration 2015.
2 Commencement
This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Authority
This Declaration is made under subsection 100(1) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 ('the Act').
4 Declaration
Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of Wilson Security Pty Ltd (ACN 127 406 295) ('Wilson Security'), I declare that Wilson Security is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act.
Note Wilson Security is a corporation that is carrying on business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was previously a Commonwealth authority.
