DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO PRESCRIBED BODIES 2015 (Regulation 5.34D)
I, MICHAELIA CASH, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under regulation 5.34D of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 13/048 (F2013L01038) signed on 11 June 2013 specifying prescribed bodies for the purposes of regulation 5.34D of the Regulations; and
2. SPECIFY each body listed in the attached Schedule to this Instrument as a prescribed body for the purposes of regulation 5.34D of the Regulations.
This Instrument, IMMI 15/066, commences on 18 April 2015.
