INSTRUMENT OF APPROVAL OF PRIMARY REPORTING SYSTEMS (INTERNATIONAL PASSENGER AIRCRAFT - PASSENGERS) 2015
(Section 245J)
I, MICHAEL PEZZULLO, Secretary of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, acting under section 245J of the Migration Act 1958 (the Act):
1. REVOKE the Instrument of Approval of Primary Reporting System (International Passenger Aircraft - Passengers) (F2006B00957), signed on 19 December 2003); and 2. APPROVE the interactive Advance Passenger Information (iAPI) system called the Advance Passenger Processing System (APP), as provided by C P S Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 64 000 965 551, ACN 000 965 551), Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques NaamlozeVennootschap (SITA N.V.), as the system of reporting, for the purposes of Division 12B of Part 2 of the Act, on each passenger of an international passenger aircraft, as defined in subregulation 3.13 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations); and 3. SPECIFY the information that is to be reported in respect of passengers in Schedule 1 to this Instrument; and 4. SPECIFY the information that is to be reported in respect of passengers in Schedule 2 to this Instrument.
This Instrument, IMMI 15/019 commences immediately after the commencement of Migration Legislation Amendment (2015 Measures No. 2) Regulation 2015.
