1 Name of determination This determination is the Water and Sewerage Services Fees and Charges (Cocos (Keeling) Islands) Determination 2015.

2 Commencement This determination commences on 1 July 2015.

3 Authority This determination is made under the Utilities and Services Ordinance 1996 (Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands).

4 Repeal The Water and Sewerage Services Fees and Charges (Cocos (Keeling) Islands) Determination 2014 No.2 (Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No.F2014L01458), made on 23 October 2014 under section 4 of the Utilities and Services Ordinance 1996 of the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands, is repealed.
