1 Name of Determination

This Determination is the Student Assistance (Public Interest Certificate Guidelines) Determination 2015.

2 Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Revocation

The Student Assistance (Public Interest Certificate Guidelines) Determination 2013 is revoked.

3A Savings provision

Despite the revocation in section 3, the Student Assistance (Public Interest Certificate Guidelines) Determination 2013 continues in force in relation to public interest certificates made under and in accordance with that instrument.
