I, Michael Ronaldson, Minister for Veterans' Affairs, as required by:
(a) subsection 90A(4) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986; (b) subsection 286(3) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004;and (c) subsection 17(6) of the Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests (Treatment) Act 2006;
approve the revocation by the Repatriation Commission and the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission of the Veterans' Affairs (Private Patient Principles Re-Making) Instrument 2014 (Instrument 2014 No.R79/MRCC79).
