MRCA APPROVED CLASSES OF PAYMENTS DETERMINATION 2015
1. I, MICHAEL RONALDSON, Minister for Veterans' Affairs, make this determination under subsection 431(3) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 (the Act).
2. The Approval of Classes of Payments for the Purposes of Paragraph 431(1)(b) (MRCA Instrument No.7 of 2004) made on 1 June 2004 is revoked; and
3. The classes of payments specified in Schedules A and B below are approved as classes of payments for the purposes of paragraph 431(1)(b) of the Act.
4. This instrument is the MRCA Approved Classes of Payments Determination 2015.
5. This determination commences on the day after registration.

Schedule A
The following classes of payments to a State Housing Authority:
(a) payments of rent; (b) payments of principal or interest of loans; (c) payments of debts.
For the purposes of this Schedule, "State Housing Authority" means any of those authorities listed in the definition of "Government rent" in subsection 5N(1) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986.
Schedule B
The following classes of payments to Westpac Banking Corporation:
(a) payments of principal or interest of loans; (b) payments of insurance premiums.
