I, ROMAN QUAEDVLIEG, Comptroller‑General of Customs, under section 4A of the Customs Act 1901, approve the attached "VISUAL EXAMINATION APPLICATION" statement as an approved statement for the purposes of communicating electronically to the Department, an application for permission to examine goods in the presence of an officer of Customs in accordance with section 71L of that Act.
This Instrument commences on 1 October 2015.
