Commonwealth of Australia Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Section 269A Instrument making a recovery plan
I, Greg Hunt, Minister for the Environment, according to: (a) section 269A(2) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), make a recovery plan for the listed threatened species specified below, entitled "Sawfish and River Sharks Multispecies Recovery Plan".
Listed Threatened Species Pristis pristis Pristis zijsron Pristis clavata Glyphis glyphis Glyphis garricki
The recovery plan specified in paragraph (a) will come into force on the day after the plan is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. Dated this 27th day of October 2015
