1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Members – War Artists and Entertainers - Service End Date) Amendment Determination 2015.
2 Commencement
This Determination commences when the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Definition of Employee – War Artists and Entertainers) Notice 2015 commences.
3 Saving and application
(1) A person who, immediately before the commencement of this instrument, is a member under:
(a) the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Members) Determination 2006 (No.2); or (b) the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Members) Determination 2007;
is, on the commencement of this instrument, a member under, respectively:
(c) the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Members) Determination 2006 (No.2); or (d) the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Members) Determination 2007;
as amended by this instrument.
4 Amendment
(1) The Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Members) Determination 2006 (No.2) is amended in accordance with Part A of the Schedule.
(2) The Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Members) Determination 2007 is amended in accordance with Part B of the Schedule.
