2. Specification of the Queensland Commission
The Family Responsibilities Commission established under section 9 of the Family Responsibilities Commission Act 2008 (Qld) is specified for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of Queensland Commission in section 123TC of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.
3. Commencement
This Specification commences immediately before 1 January 2016.
4. Revocation
The Social Security (Administration) - Queensland Commission (Family Responsibilities Commission) Specification 2012 is revoked.
