This specification is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Host Jurisdiction) Specification 2016.
2 Commencement
This specification commences on the day after registration.
3 Revocation of previous instrument
National Disability Insurance Scheme (Host Jurisdiction) Specification 2013 – F2013L00803, registered on 20 May 2015 is revoked.
Note: paragraph 7(2)(b) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, as applied because of section 13 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, ensures that the previous operation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Host Jurisdiction) Specification 2013 is not affected by its revocation under this provision.
4 Host jurisdiction
For the purposes of section 10 of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, each State and Territory mentioned in Schedule 1 is specified.
