DETERMINATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 15(1)(b) No. 1 of 2016
The AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION (ACCC) makes this determination under section 15(1)(b) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 and determines that the proportion of the ACCC's costs for the 2014-15 financial year that is attributable to the ACCC's telecommunications functions and powers is $15,106,662.
