1 Citation 1. This Determination is Defence Determination 2016/16, Recruit instructors and ADF gap year – educational bonus – amendment. 2. This Determination may also be cited as Defence Determination 2016/16. 2 Commencement This Determination commences on 5 May 2016. 3 Amendment Defence Determination 2005/15, Conditions of Service, as amended,1 is amended as set out in this Determination. 4 Clause 3.5.46 (Definition of ADF gap year), see note substitute See: Military Personnel Policy Manual Part 2 Chapter 4, Australian Defence Force Gap Year 5 Paragraph 3.5.46A.1.a (Member eligible for bonus payment) substitute a.
