This Notice is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Definition of Employee – Office of Chief Magistrate of the Court of Petty Sessions of Norfolk Island) Notice 2016. 2 Commencement This Notice commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation. 3 Declaration For the purpose of subparagraph 5(2)(c)(ii) of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (the Act), I declare that the office of Chief Magistrate of the Court of Petty Sessions of Norfolk Island is an office to which the Act applies.
