Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Section 269A
Instrument Adopting Recovery Plan
I, GREG HUNT, Minister for the Environment:
(a) pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 and subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby revoke the adoption of the following State recovery plan:
- Orange-bellied Parrot Recovery Team (2006). National Recovery Plan for the Orange-bellied Parrot (Neophema chrysogaster) Department of Primary Industries and Water (DPIW), Hobart.
(b) under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as a recovery plan for the listed threatened species specified below, this plan made by Victoria:
Listed Threatened Species Recovery Plan Neophema chrysogaster Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. 2016. National Recovery Plan for the Orange-bellied Parrot Neophema chrysogaster. Australian Government, Canberra.
