1 Name of Declaration This Declaration is the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Declaration 2016 (the Declaration). 2 Commencement This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered. 3 Revocation This Declaration revokes the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Declaration 2005. 4 Laws to be corresponding State‑Territory laws For paragraph 12 (1) (b) of the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005, the following State and Territory laws correspond to the Act: (a) Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (New South Wales) Act 2005 (NSW); (b) Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005 (Vic); (c) Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (Queensland) Act 2005 (Qld); (d) Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2006 (WA); (e) Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (South Australia) Act 2013 (SA); (f) Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2013 (Tas); (g) Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (ACT) Act 2015 (ACT); (h) Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2014 (NT).
