Commonwealth of Australia Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Section 269A Instrument Jointly Making the National Recovery Plan for the Plains-wanderer I, Greg Hunt, Minister for the Environment under section 269A(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby jointly make a recovery plan with the South Australian Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, the Hon. Ian Hunter, for the listed threatened species specified below, entitled "Department of the Environment (2016). National Recovery Plan for the Plains-wanderer. Department of the Environment, Canberra." Listed Threatened Species Pedionomus torquatus

This instrument will come into force on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
