1 Name This is the Fair Entitlements Guarantee (Norfolk Island) Rule 2016.

2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Prescribed modifications of Fair Entitlements Guarantee legislation for application in relation to Norfolk Island For the application of the Fair Entitlements Guarantee Act 2012 and the Fair Entitlements Guarantee Regulation 2012 in relation to Norfolk Island, the modifications of that Act and regulation set out in the applicable items of the Schedules to this instrument are prescribed.
