DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO PRESCRIBED INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS 2016/068
(Regulation 5.34E)
I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under regulation 5.34E of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
1. SPECIFY the following international organisations as prescribed international organisations for the purposes for regulation 5.34E of the Regulations: 1. International Committee of the Red Cross; 2. The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda; 3. The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia; 4. International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies; 5. International Monetary Fund; 6. The International Organisation for Migration; 7. Interpol; 8. The United Nations.
This Instrument, Disclosure of Information to Prescribed International Organisations 2016/068, IMMI 16/068, is taken to have commenced on 1 April 2016.
