SPECIFICATION OF FIELDS OF EDUCATION 2016/076

(Subregulation 2.26AC(5B))

I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.26AC(5B) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

1. SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 2.26AC(5A)(b) the fields of education listed in the column 'Narrow Field of Education' in the Schedule to this Instrument.

This Instrument, Specification of Fields of Education, IMMI 16/076, commences immediately after the commencement of the Migration Amendment (Entrepreneur Visas and Other Measures) Regulation 2016.
