CLASS OF PERSONS (EMERGENCY SERVICES) 2016/114
(Sub-subparagraph 1231(2)(a)(iv)(A))
I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under sub-subparagraph 1231(2)(a)(iv)(A) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/081 (F2015L00698), Class of Persons (Emergency Services) 2015, signed 11 May 2015; and 2. SPECIFY for the purpose of sub-subparagraph 1231(2)(a)(iv)(A), a class of person as an applicant who has been invited to Australia by the Australian Government, or by an Australian State or Territory government, to assist in providing emergency services in connection with a disaster or emergency.
This Instrument, Class of Persons (Emergency Services) 2016/114, IMMI 16/114, commences immediately after the commencement of the Migration Amendment (Temporary Activity Visas) Regulation 2016.
