REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/126 (F2015L01765), Arrangements for Maritime Crew and Superyacht Applications 2015, signed 2 November 2015; and 2. SPECIFY for the purposes of subitem 1227(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved forms listed in Column 3 in the Schedule to this Instrument; 3. SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 1227(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the place and manner for making an application listed in Column 4 in the Schedule to this Instrument.
