Licence Area Plan for Mildura/Sunraysia Radio Determination (1) The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes this instrument for radio broadcasting services in the Mildura/Sunraysia area of Victoria and New South Wales, under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. (2) Four national radio broadcasting services, three commercial radio broadcasting services and two open narrowcasting radio services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 to this instrument with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 are set out in Schedule One and Attachments 1.2 - 1.10 to this Determination. (3) Two community radio broadcasting services are to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 to this Determination with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 2.1 are set out in Schedule Two and Attachments 2.2 – 2.4 to this Determination. (4) One community radio broadcasting service is to be available in the area described at Attachment 3.1 to this Determination with the use of the broadcasting services bands.
