I, JOSH FRYDENBERG, Minister for the Environment and Energy, pursuant to section 270B of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, make the Threat abatement plan for competition and land degradation by rabbits (2016) for the purpose of reducing the effect of the key threatening process as specified below: Key Threatening Process Threat Abatement Plan Competition and land degradation by rabbits Department of the Environment (2016). The Threat abatement plan for competition and land degradation by rabbits (2016) will come into force on the day after the plan is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
