1. Name of Determination
This instrument is the Social Security (Personal Care Support Scheme – Disability Services Queensland) Determination 2017.
2. Commencement (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3. Authority This instrument is made under section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991.
4. Revocation This instrument revokes the Social Security (Disability Services Queensland Personal Care Support) Determination No. 1 2004.
5. Personal Support Scheme The provision of a grant of financial assistance in respect of personal care support under the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld) is an approved scheme for the purposes of section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991.
