1 Name
This instrument is the Veterans' Entitlements (Veterans' Children Education Scheme) Eligible Persons Determination 2017.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Revocation
The Veterans' Entitlements (Veterans' Children Education Scheme) Eligible Child Determination 2006 is revoked.
4 Savings
A person who, immediately before the commencement of this instrument, was in a class of persons described in the revoked instrument is taken to be in that class under this instrument as if this instrument created the class.
Note: the intention is to enable a seamless transition of eligibility from the former instrument to the current one.
