Note The Federal Register of Legislation may be accessed at www.legislation.gov.au. 1.3 Authority This Determination is made under subsection 99(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1997. 1.4 Repeal of the Telecommunications (Service Provider – Identity Checks for Prepaid Mobile Carriage Services) Determination 2013 The Telecommunications (Service Provider — Identity Checks for Prepaid Mobile Carriage Services) Determination 2013 [F2013L01844] is repealed. 1.5 Definitions In this Determination, unless the contrary intention appears:
