3 Authority This instrument is made under clause 29B of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003. body means Beauty & Hair Academy of Australia Pty Ltd (ACN: 086 443 496 ABN: 16 086 443 496). Note: The term VET provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.
5 Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval As A VET Provider The body's approval as a VET provider is revoked in accordance with clause 29B of Schedule 1A to the Act. The Higher Education Support Act 2003 - VET Provider Approval (No.19 of 2013) is revoked.
