Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (President of the Remuneration Tribunal Fees and Allowances) Rule 2017
I, Scott Ryan, Special Minister of State, make the following legislative rule under subsections 19(4) and 64(1) of the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority Act 2017.

1 Name This Instrument is the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (President of the Remuneration Tribunal Fees and Allowances) Rule 2017.
2 Commencement This Instrument commences on 1 July 2017.
3 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority Act 2017. President has the same meaning as in the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
4 Fees For subsection 19(4) of the Act, no fee is prescribed.
5 Allowances For subsection 19(4) of the Act, the prescribed allowances are as prescribed from time to time for the purposes of section 12 of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973. Note: Section 12 of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 requires that a member of the Tribunal shall be paid the fees and allowances as are prescribed. These fees and allowances are prescribed by regulation.
