Commonwealth of Australia Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Section 269A Instrument Jointly Making the Recovery Plan for the Giant Freshwater Crayfish I, Josh Frydenberg, Minister for the Environment and Energy under section 269A(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby jointly make a recovery plan with the Tasmanian Minister for Environment, Parks and Heritage, the Hon. Matthew Groom MP, for the listed threatened species specified below, entitled Recovery Plan for the Giant Freshwater Crayfish (Astacopsis gouldi), Commonwealth of Australia 2017. For the listed threatened species above, this instrument makes the Recovery Plan for the Giant Freshwater Crayfish (Astacopsis gouldi), Commonwealth of Australia 2017, which replaces the Giant Freshwater Lobster Astacopsis gouldi Recovery Plan 2006-2010, [Ref: F2005B02653], which was previously made by the Minister for the Environment and Heritage pursuant to 269A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
