For the listed threatened species above, this instrument makes the Recovery Plan for the Giant Freshwater Crayfish (Astacopsis gouldi), Commonwealth of Australia 2017, which replaces the Giant Freshwater Lobster Astacopsis gouldi Recovery Plan 2006-2010, [Ref: F2005B02653], which was previously made by the Minister for the Environment and Heritage pursuant to 269A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
