3 Authority This Declaration is made under section 921X of the Corporations Act 2001.
4 Declaration Being satisfied as required by paragraph 921X(2)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 that Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority Ltd (ACN 618495828) is likely to comply with its obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 and other laws of the Commonwealth, I declare Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority Ltd to be the standards body. Note: The other requirements in subsection 921X(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 are met.
