(2) This instrument may also be cited as IMMI 18/055. 2 Commencement This instrument commences on 18 March 2018. 3 Authority This instrument is made under paragraphs 2.12C(5)(a) and 2.12C(5)(c) of the Regulations. 4 Definitions In this instrument: Regulations means Migration Regulations 1994. 5 Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
