1 Name This instrument is the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Licence Eligibility —DHL Express (Australia) Pty Ltd) Declaration 2018.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
3 Authority This instrument is made under section 100 of the Act.
4 Definitions In this instrument: Act means the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988. DHL Express means DHL Express (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 001 112 929). 5 Declaration Being satisfied that it would be desirable for the Act to apply to employees of DHL Express, I declare that DHL Express is eligible to be granted a licence under Part VIII of the Act. Note: DHL Express is a corporation that is carrying on business in competition with a Commonwealth authority or with another corporation that was formerly a Commonwealth authority.
