2 Commencement This Specification commences on 1 April 2018.
3 Authority This Specification is made under subsection 93WB(2) of the Social Security Act 1991.
4 Definition In this Specification: Act means the Social Security Act 1991. 5 Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
6 Specification of income to be disregarded For subparagraph 93WB(1)(b)(ii) of the Act, compensation within the meaning of subsection 17(2) of the Act that is paid in the form of periodic payments is specified.
